Early Learning Program – Newcomer Best Babies Zoom Class

Early Learning Program is designed for permanent resident, refugee, and newcomer children ages 0-6 years and their parent/care provider who have multiple barriers to integration. The program will provide a mix of child/caregiver interactive play and experiences and conversations.
